Product Registration and Warranty Info
All RPM Dominator axles come with a Conditional Lifetime Warranty against bending or breakage for the original purchaser.
Warranty is voided by: Bearing damage/excessive heat that causes discoloring; or, if heat was applied to the axle; or, if customer attempted to straighten; or if any modifications have been done to the axle. Damage caused by neglect, such as: scarring from cutoff wheels, grinders, failing bearings or road hazard obstacles.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Axle must be returned to RPM. RPM reserves the right to repair or replace the axle. A fee will be charged to clean axles that are greasy or dirty, or to straighten axles with voided warranties. Warranty is non-transferrable and is only valid for breakage of or bending of the axle shaft. Threads, splines, sprocket, brake and wheel hubs are separate and are not covered under this warranty.
BENT AXLES ARE STRAIGHTENED NOT REPLACED.
Warranty Claim Process for Broken Dominator Axle Outside of the US (Photo Submission Option)
If shipping a broken Dominator axle to us is cost-prohibitive, we accept high-quality photos in place of sending the physical axle.
Please provide the following images:
-
Center section and both bearing surfaces – clear, close-up shots, including the serial number.
-
The break area – with the serial number visible.
-
Ends of each broken piece – detailed images.
We may request additional photos depending on the initial review.
Important:
-
Per our warranty terms, if there is evidence of bearing damage, the warranty is void from that point of damage. We cannot replace axles in this condition.
-
Axles with damage from hand tools or with deep dings in the break area are not eligible for replacement.
-
If the break occurred in an unusual location (where failures do not typically occur), we will require extra photos for evaluation.
